Pain is an unpleasant feeling or physical suffering caused due to illness, injury, inflammation, etc. Pain could be temporary or chronic. Temporary pain could be bearable or unbearable depending upon the type of injury or ailment. However, chronic pain caused due to inherent ailments or severe injury is permanent.
There are several tablets available in the market for pain and inflammation problems. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), such as Generic Celebrex and Voltarol inhibit cyclo-oxygenase (COX), which play a major role in causing pain and inflammation. Once production of COX is blocked, pain and inflammation subside gradually. Thus, NSAID drugs are commonly prescribed to treat inflammation; mild to moderate pain; and fever.
