Everyone has different skin types like dry, oily or sensitive skin. One must be aware of his/her skin type. The basic steps of the skincare routine include cleansing, serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen. One can follow this skincare routine one time in the morning and one time before going to sleep. Avoid washing your face more than two times in a day. People with dry skin should wash their face only one time in a day. Excess cleaning can remove essential oils from your skin. People with oily skin should use gel-based moisturizers, while those having dry skin should use cream-based moisturizers.

Also, drink plenty of water, wash your hair regularly, use clean pillows and change them every week. Use sunscreen daily. One must apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before stepping out. Use sunscreen with SPF of at least 30. Before using any skin product consult a dermatologist. If you observe skin symptoms such as raised bumps, itchy rash that last for a long time, visit a dermatologist and seek appropriate treatment.
