A man ejaculates when the brain receives the signal to stimulate the ejaculatory reflex, and the brain feels the urge to discharge the semen. The brain gets the message to ejaculate via the serotonin neurotransmitters when the brain cells reabsorb the serotonin chemicals. When dapoxetine inhibits the reuptake (reabsorption) of serotonin, the brain does not receive the message from the CNS to activate the ejaculatory reflex and the urge. Extra Super Tadarise is a prescription medication to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation with one pill. Take one pill within 24 hours or as your doctor prescribes. You may need a dose adjustment if your doctor prescribes the ED medicines.
Severe liver, kidney, lung disorders

Riociguat, alpha-blockers, nitrates
Avoid these medications when taking extra super Tadarise 100mg. Nitrates are for treating angina (chest pain), riociguat for pulmonary hypertension, and alpha blockers to lower blood pressure must not combine with the ED medication.
Degenerative eye, retina, and vision issues
If you have a sudden loss or decrease of vision, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), or high pressure on eyeballs, avoid this medication.
Hearing issues
If you have a sudden loss or decrease of hearing, do not administer the medication without a doctor’s consultation.
Blood-related or bleeding issues
