Working of Tastylia 20mg:
Tastylia 20 mg is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor class of FDA-approved drugs. It treats
erectile dysfunction in men. When sexually aroused, the medication provides erection to the male
organ. Tadalafil 20 mg, which is the active ingredient of Tastylia 20 mg, inhibits PDE 5
enzymes, which creates havoc on another substance called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
CGMP helps relax the smooth muscles in the inner walls of the blood vessels. CGMP gets activated
by nitric oxide when the body feels sexual stimulation. PDE 5 hinders the functions of cGMP.
Tastylia 20 mg blocks and slows down the effects of PDE 5. As a result, cGMP flourishes and
increases its concentration in the erectile tissues (corpus cavernosum) of the male genitals and
organs surrounding the male shaft. Caused by the relaxation of smooth muscles, the blood vessels
dilate (widen) and open up to pump more blood into the corpus cavernosum. This increased blood
fills the corpus cavernosum and causes hardness and erection in the phallus, perfect for
penetration and intercourse.
Dosage of Tastylia 20mg:
Tastylia 20 mg tablet is an oral medication taken by the mouth. Swallow the whole pill with
water. Do not crush, break, cut, split, or dissolve the pill. You can take it with or without
meals.
If you are administering the disintegrating oral strip, put it on the tongue and let it dissolve
on the tongue, which will happen in a few seconds. It is a rapid oral administration route for
rapid absorption. It will start the action faster (6-10 minutes) than the tablets 30-60
minutes). The sublingual strip is for faster onset. You will not need water.
If you think Tastylia 20 mg is on the higher side, for the first timers of Tadalafil use, take
Tastylia 10mg 30 minutes before sexual activity. Take one pill within 24 hours. The maximum
Tastylia dosage for a single day is 20 mg. The pill can last for up to 36 hours, as the studies
showed.
Avoid using it with CYP3A4 inhibitor. If used with the potent CYP3A4 inhibitor, the maximum
Tastylia dosage is 10mg in 72 hours. Avoid overdosing. If you miss a Tastylia dose, take it as
you remember 30 minutes before the sexual activity when feeling sexually stimulated. If it is
time for the next dose, skip the missed one and take the Tastylia dose as scheduled. Taking two
Tastylia doses within a brief interval can cause severe health repercussions.
Precautions for Tastylia 20mg:
Avoid Tastylia if you are allergic to tadalafil, sildenafil, vardenafil, avanafil, or other
inactive ingredients of the drug. The hypersensitivity to the active ingredients can cause
rashes, skin allergies, hives, itching, flushing (a sense of warmth) in the face, neck, ear, or
throat, swelling in the face, tongue, lips, or throat, wheezing, cough.
If you are taking drugs, “poppers,” such as amyl nitrate or butyl nitrate, when your doctor tells
you not to have sex, avoid Tastylia as well.
Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice, which may interact with Tastylia. They increase the
concentration of Tastylia 20 mg in the blood, and the body takes time to excrete the medication
from the body.
Avoid taking the medications with nitrates given for treating chest pain.
Avoid the medication if you have severe heart, cardiac, or cardiovascular complications. If you
have had a stroke, heart failure, or heart attack in the past six months or have undergone heart
blockage or surgery, avoid the medication or consult your doctor for a lower dose or alternative
ED treatment.
Avoid the medication if you have compromised liver or kidney health.
Avoid the medication if you have low blood pressure or administering blood pressure-lowering
medications. Concomitant use with blood pressure medication or having low blood pressure can
cause the blood pressure to dip further, which is dangerous for your health and may cause death.

The disintegrating oral strip rapidly dissolves inside the mouth. It is flavored and tastes good, and it does not leave any bitter aftertaste. The quick action gets me into the action in about 8-10 minutes. I liked it thoroughly. The best part is I can take it on the go as it does not require water to gulp.
