Erectile dysfunction is a condition where the patient cannot attain or maintain the erection of the male organ when sexually aroused for penetration and copulation. Tadalafil is a fast-acting, long-lasting erection for men with ED. It can show its action within 30 minutes after ingesting, and the effect can last 36 hours when sexually aroused. These effects depend on various factors and vary between people, depending on body weight, age, diet, lifestyle, pre-existing medicines, medical history, and underlying health conditions. Tazzle 20 mg medication works only when the user feels the sexual stimulation and arousal.
Tazzle 20mg is a part of the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. It contains Tadalafil 20mg, which is FDA-approved for treating erectile dysfunction or impotence in adult men. Tadalafil is a PDE 5 inhibitor that inhibits the effects of the PDE 5 enzymes and slows down its influence on cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). CGMP relaxes the blood vessels and enhances the blood flow in the male genitals and organs, which helps to get an erection. PDE 5 breaks down and hydrolyzes cGMP. As a result, cGMP cannot function to increase blood flow. A blood flow increase is critical to get an erection. Restricting PDE 5 Tazzle 20mg allows cGMP to flourish in the erectile tissues (corpus cavernosum) in the male genitals and organs. The increased cGMP concentration relaxes the smooth muscles of the blood vessels. It causes blood vessels to dilate (widen/open up). As the blood vessels dilate, they can accommodate and pump more blood in the penile region. The blood fills the corpus cavernosum (erectile tissues) surrounding the male organ and the shaft, which provides hardness and erection to the male organ, perfect for penetration and intercourse for a longer duration.
Tazzle 20mg relaxes the bladder and the prostate muscle, which reduces the enlarged prostate gland symptoms. The symptoms are difficulty urinating and an urge for frequent urination.
Tazzle 20mg treats PAH by relaxing the blood vessels in the chest and lung area. The blood flow to the lungs increases, reducing the heart's workload. It reduces the lung's arterial blood pressure level.
Tazzle 20 mg is a short-term remedy for erectile dysfunction and needs to be taken for the duration as prescribed. The doctor will determine the correct Tazzle dosage based on body weight, age, diet, lifestyle, pre-existing medicines, medical history, and underlying health conditions. Your doctor may adjust the dosage by increasing or decreasing it based on your health conditions and response to the treatment. Tazzle 20mg is the highest permissible daily dose of tadalafil. One must start with Tazzle 2.5 mg or Tazzle 5mg and gradually increase to Tazzle 10mg.
