Valif 20mg contains a fast-acting ingredient: vardenafil 20mg. It is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor. When sexually aroused, the body releases nitric oxide (NO), which activates a substance called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which is critical for attaining an erection. The abundance of cGMP in the erectile tissues (corpus cavernosum) in the penile region relaxes the inner muscles of the blood vessels. As a result, the blood vessels dilate (open up) and can pump enhanced blood flow in the erectile tissues of the male genital and reproductive organs. This increased blood flow fills the erectile tissues surrounding the male shaft, making it perfectly hard and erect for penetration and copulation. But PDE 5 hinders this entire process of attaining and maintaining an erection. PDE 5 enzymes found most abundantly in the erectile tissues degrade and degenerate cGMP and disrupt the erection process. Valif 20mg inhibits PDE 5 and slows down the effect of PDE5 on cGMP. As a result, cGMP flourishes, and its concentration in the penile region increases. Hence, Valif 20mg can facilitate increased blood flow and cause an erection that is sustainable for a longer duration for multiple sexual activity sessions.
Doctors may consider many factors before prescribing Valif 20mg, such as body weight, age, diet, lifestyle, pre-existing or OTC medicines, medical history, and underlying health conditions. They may allow dosage alteration (decrease or increase) based on your tolerance, health conditions, and response to the treatment.
Valif 20mg is an oral medication taken by the mouth. Take Valif 60 minutes (one hour) before a planned sexual activity. Swallow the whole pill with adequate water for the absorption of the ingredients for faster action and to avoid dehydration. Many patients take it on an empty stomach to unleash a quicker onset. Do not crush, chew, break, cut, split, or dissolve the medication inside the mouth or outside. You can take it with or without meals.
Avoid junk food and heavy, oily, fat-filled meals. They may delay the absorption of the ingredients. You may take a lighter, fat-free, healthy diet before the activity. Avoid smoking, alcohol, contraband drugs or substances, recreational drugs, marijuana, pre-existing or OTC medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. All these may interact with Valif 20mg and exacerbate the side effects. Take one pill within 24 hours and take it at the same time.

Nitrates contraindicated
It is dangerous to take nitrates along with Valif 20mg because the combined effect of the medications will drop the blood pressure level dangerously low, which may turn fatal or cause death. Metabolism of vardenafil
